Helping You Build Relationships

Should it be of any surprise that consumers think of themselves and their personal needs before the brand they’re buying from?! Not to me…
I just read today’s SmartBrief on Social Media - if you haven’t subscribed to this newsletter, please do so ASAP - it’s great! Below is a link to my video response/reaction to a study that recently came out from The Razorfish Digital Brand Experience Report 2009.
Take a look at the report yourself as I’d love your thoughts on the findings! Thanks!

As backup, take a look at the “Social Media Revolution” video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sIFYPQjYhv8) and scroll to the 2:40 marker to see the statistics that more people care about peer reviews and social graphing of other brands than they do about their own brand.
Great point, Ari.
I absolutely love that video - not all is entirely accurate
- but use it in most entry-level social media sessions that I do.
I think there is so much to be said about peer reviewing as we continue to see social media evolve.
Thanks for your contribution to the post!
Matt, I love that you’re doing vlogs. When I miss you, I just need to watch a clip…kidding. Great stuff.
